You get partnered up in a group of two. One person while dribble around with the ball while the other person does dynamic stretching. The coach will tell yous to swap.
Keep your head up when dribbling so you donât run into anyone. Dont dribble to fast as your partener wont be able to keep up as theyâre doing stretching. When dribbling use your hand to push the ball of the ground softly as you wont lose grip of the ball.
