1. Set up on a step or box, with weight on one leg (back landing leg) 2. Jump off this leg and land on mini-tramp on the same back leg 3. Try to hold the delivery action position while on the tramp, landing on your back leg 4. Finish the normal action, not releasing the ball
Try to hold balance for 2-3 seconds on back leg Prevent collapsing on that back leg - stay tall and strong Make sure the upper body delivery action in normal before finishing it in the drill
