Here, a player (defender) will hit the ball out of defense to a midfielder on the 23m line. The midfielder will then trap the ball then pass the ball to the advantage of the wingers running down the line. The winger will then take it into the D after dribbling through a set of cones. Here the player has the optiont shoot himself or pass the the centre forward at the back post.
