Your player will learn to attack the path of the ball creating a turnover, regardless of what position they are playing. Have players spaced down the central line (Green Cone) of the court at a spacing where they have to run on to the ball. Players on the Orange cone are looking at the path of the ball, they are watching for patterns and timing ready to attack the pass and path of the ball. Players position themselves off the body to ensure a clean intercept of the ball. Once intercept has occurred, pass the ball to the attackers and continue playing. Change over so the attackers become the defense. Give each Player a point for an attempt and 2 points for an intercept. First player to 20 points wins.
Look for strong drives to the ball. Don't stop until you intercept the ball.
