Players must take it in turns ducking or catching the ball fed on by the feeder. Starting with first player ducking, the player behind must catch the ball that the player before them ducked. Then throw the ball back to the feeder, as the ducker/catcher run round to return to the back of the line
the players must always be moving - avoid using more that 6 players (including feeder)
