One at a time, players will approach point A. The Coach will volley-feed 3 separate forehand balls to the player, shot 1 will be crosscourt, shot 2 will be down the line and shot 3 will be the players choice.
Split Step & Side On position to dynamically aim with the body. Swing path low to high in order to generate top spin to keep the ball down. Follow swing through with racket path helping to aim the ball. Coach can progress to feeding from the back of the court, and also calling out the 3rd shot rather than letting the player decide.
