DESCRIPTION

Show the children how to carry a mat.

Get the children to assist in getting the mats out. Ask the children to walk and run in and out of the mats making sure that they do not step on them.

On the teachers command stop and ensure that one foot is on a mat.

COACHING POINTS

Start by putting out only 2 mats.

To increase the difficulty add more mats.
