Handball: coordination duel 1

Players run over long tumbling mat, run slalom through the poles, over the bottom side of the benches.

There are 4 differtently coloured cones at 3 mtrs apart in a square.

One player touches the cones and the other player has to follow her by touchning the same coloured cones in her area.

At a signal the start their race to touch the cones in the right order and go for the ball.
