To make a program for a league team you should make a plan in 3 seasons . in a normal team how many sessions a day is needed for each season?1-conditioninng season 2- tecnic and tactic season 3-match season

Hi, my team played a match yesterday. We have a 2 hours handball session tonight and i'm a bit concerned that players are tired and maybe not as enthusiastic to train. What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
