One ball, 4 players outside the 3 point line and 1 inside. Players should pass the ball always to the right/left and run to replace the colleague to whom they passed the ball.
When passing, players must use the inside foot as the pivot foot. As they get confortable passing the ball, the distance between them must become wider. Different kinds of passes can be used (chest, bounce, baseball or above the head pass). Variation: the inside player can be put at the post, so that he/she can make the pass to the opposing perimeter player. The inside player can also be put at the high post, so that he/she can finish with a layup after the pass of the perimeter player.
