Setup mirror drill and split the group into two. Perform for 5-10 minutes per side (or as time allows). One player starts on the white cone (black player) The rest of the group starts on black cone (red player). Red player: - Moves through blue cones (icky shuffle) - Sprint to red cone - Pass to white cone (black player) and run to red cone - Player receives the ball and balloons around orange cones, pass to red cone and sprint to black cone to receive final pass - Jog back with ball to 1st red cone and fall in line behind start - Red player proceeds to white cone after pass 3
