Create a field approximately 24x30. Split the field in 3 zones. Teams play 6v3. 3 defenders inside the middle zone PROGRESSION 1 Players in the 1st zone exchange passes aiming to pass the ball through to their teammates on the 3rd zone. Players in the second zone need to move in order to prevent the opponents from giving a vertical pass to the players on the third grid. They need to be compact and minimize the distance between them preventing all paths. None of the players is allowed to exit their zone. Change the defenders every now and then. PROGRESSION 2 Same sequence but now players on the first and third zone are allowed to score on the posts behind them as soon as they receive the ball. 2 defenders from the 2nd zone are allowed to enter the attacking zone to defend. Change the defenders every now and then
