Ball related fitness, 4 groups of 4 in behind each box. 1 player from each box will step up to go first, once they reach the box they`ll have to stop the ball and get round the cone and join the back of the group. Progression: This time when they get round the cone instead of joining the back of the group they`ll have to spin off and catch dribblers.
