Black - Front stick dribble, J-turn at the top an then dribble back to the first cone.Blue - Dribble in and out of the cones either using indian dribble or front stick only to work on getting feet round. Alternatively, in groups, each player carries the ball to the next cone, stops it dead and then goes back to their group. The next player goes and takes the ball to the next cone. Continue in this fashion until the ball makes it all the way up and back.
