Still in groups of 8, with 2 balls. Each shooter will pass the ball out to one of the F's around the circle edge. They then have to find where the other shooters ball is, drive towards that ball recieve a pass and pass to another F. Have Shooters pass 5 time before shooting. Rotate players.
Make sure after the fifth pass the shooter take a breath before shooting.
