Players stand evenly spread on the opposite side of the court to the coach. They'll begin by lightly jogging on the spot whilst staying in ready position. Coach will call for faster feet before naming a tennis shot (forehand, backhand, forehand volley etc) as they do the movement themselves. The players will then mirror the movement back to the coach.
Ensure that players understand that they're doing the opposite side of coach as you are facing opposite directions. Full movement, mimic a proper tennis shot. Fast Feet to keep them on their toes and ready. Mix up the shots, but preferably only include shots being worked on for that lesson.
