DRILL TYPE: Tennis Skills FOCUS: Hand-eye coordination ( Tracking) EQUIPMENT: (12) Orange Balls SETUP: Divide your players into two groups and have them on opposite sides of the net. Have the players get a partner and one orange ball per pair. MISSION: One player has a ball and tosses it to their partner, the ball can only bounce once. After the ball is caught each partners take one step backward. If the ball is dropped the partners return to the net and start again. The object is that both partners reach the baseline.
