DESCRIPTION

Dribble to half court line using right hand.
At halfway reverse dribble turn and dribble back to baseline using left hand dribbling.
Last man in the relay shoots to win the relay.

Two Ball Dribble Pyramid:

Players dribble two balls to the free throw line and back, half way line and back, opposite free throw line and back, opposite baseline and back.

Team Dribble Jump Stop Turn Pass | Dribbling Relay

Team Dribble Jump Stop Turn Pass:

Dribble ball out 5 m. Jump stop. Turn and pass ball to waiting team member. Repeat until all members of the team have completed the relay.

Straight Dribble Relay | Dribbling Relay

Straight Dribble Relay:

Split the group into equal teams. On the command go, players dribble up to the cone and back. Once they have reached the start they run to the back of the queue and roll the ball through their team mates legs to the front of the queue for the next person to start.

Teams Right Hand Dribble Left Hand Dribble (above):

Player uses right hand to dribbles to the half court line.
At the half court line turn and dribble back to the baseline using the left hand.
