Setup around the 18 Yard box. Two lines of players facing differnt directions. Coaches will act as servers. Player A will run to the furthest cone in the triangle, go around cone and run backwards to and around the cone then attacking the middle of the triangle where a ball will be served in the air. Player A will head the ball into the goal. Player A will then join Line B and the Player B will take his turn.
