First Drill Middle player throws ball so receiving player needs to jump to head. Receiving player jumps and heads the ball over middle player to the other end. Middle player gets ball back and repeats on the other side. Second Drill Pressurised headering. Start should to shoulder and decide who will header the ball. The non heading player must jump but not attempt to header the ball (safety) Middle player throws ball up . Both jump but one player heads the ball. Call out name when heading
