DESCRIPTION

Em cada cone estarão 2 jogadores rotação da bola inicialmente pela direita e depois pela esquerda. O jogador que passa vai a fazer ativação muscular( rodar os braços, calcanhares ao rabo, etc...) até ao cone que passou. Variáveis: recepção de pé aberto ou com a sola; passe com o pé de fora e com o pé de dentro; mudanças de direção.
