Players are to move through green cones facing the net moving fowards and backwards,this is to work on there fast footwork arounf the court. one through green cones player is to split step over the hurtle and move foward to an attacking shot. once completed attaching shot player is to move across the net and hit a reaching volley. after 2 shots are hit players then move though the white cones side to side, then back to the start.
Green cones: players should be facing the net at all times moving around the cones not over trying to move as fast at they can with small steps Split step: ensure player in using it correctly, this will help movement on court and is vital for each shot Attacking shot: premote the player to read the ball and attack it toward the correct possition, down the line would be most perfered Volley: moving quickly to cover the court and split stepping when ready to recive ball once again this is need to ensure player is ready to move in any direction. when player hits the volley ensure its been cut of and out of opponets reach White Cones: side stepping through these cones will ensure movent is done the quickest, make sure player is pushing of and staying low to the ground to opptimise the change of direction.
